GYC | AEP - a nonprofit organization, will launch its first online virtual learning course, mentorship program, and leadership session in September 2022. Our mission is to introduce the design profession to interested international and domestic black and brown middle school and high school youth (ages 10 - 19). This is a global online inclusive and nondiscriminatory platform for all Youth to participate.

+ We offer a six-week design VIRTUAL LEARNING course. Where youth will spend on average 1-5 hours per week.
+ We offer a MENTORSHIP program after completing the virtual learning course for youth interested in pursuing higher learning in architecture, engineering, or planning. Each kid will dedicate 15 to 20 minutes twice a month during their first year (12 months) with their mentor. *Mentors will be from around the globe and paired based on preferred location and profession.
+ We offer an optional LEADERSHIP session for the youth to participate in.
+ GYC | AEP is unique because we provide "Virtual Pals," a peer-to-peer Cross-Cultural learning experience where domestic youth are paired with international virtual pals. Virtual Pals are middle school and high school participants.
+ For international and domestic black and brown middle school and high school youth between the ages of 10 - 19. This is a global online platform for all Youth to participate.
+ Participate online from anywhere around the world with a reliable source of internet access.
+ Join in any time zone, from any region or continent, and during any season (Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer) after September 2022.
